Dayna is from Spring Grove, Illinois. As a little girl, she was bitten by the bug while seated in the audience of a community theatre production of Peter Pan, Jr. Dayna has devoted the past 16 years to theatre training and performance. She earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Western Michigan University and now with her MFA in Acting, she is elated and eager to launch into the professional industry! She was most recently seen as Jess in Grand Horizons at the Asolo Repertory Theatre and was grateful to work with an incredibly talented and brilliant team. While preeminently passionate about embodied acting and focused story telling, Dayna also enjoys writing, playing guitar, watercolor painting, cooking, yoga, and is newly exploring and learning ariel fitness styles including Lyra hoop, pole, and silks.
